Dean Jennifer Kim-Lee is the SAS Honors Advising Dean on Busch Campus and co-directs the Honors Peer Mentor Program, including the Peer Mentor Executive Board, and manages SAS Honors Alumni connections. She attended Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan, NJ, graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's from Mount Holyoke College, earned a Master's in Sociology from Brandeis University, and completed a Doctorate in Education from Rutgers University, focusing her research on "Students' Perceptions of the Second Year and the Role of Advising." Before advising at Rutgers, Dean Kim-Lee advised undergraduate students at Brandeis University, Ramapo College of New Jersey, and Caldwell University. She lives in North New Jersey with her husband, a Rutgers alumnus, daughter, and their dog, Cooper. She is eager to help students get the most out of their Rutgers experience!
