Dr. Ferraro is an oceanographer and science educator. She earned her PhD in oceanography from Rutgers University and she has B.S. in Biology from the George Washington University. Along with running the Rutgers Science Explorer Program, she also teaches for the Division of Life Sciences and Earth & Planetary Sciences Department."
